Nude Art Photography Workshop – Lyon, France

By booking and participating in this workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.
All participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the workshop. Proof of age may be requested.
Basic photography skills are required. Participants should be comfortable operating their camera in manual mode and understand fundamental concepts like exposure, aperture, and shutter speed. This workshop is designed for photographers who want to refine their artistic nude photography skills.
Participants must bring their own camera and at least one lens suitable for portrait photography. A 50mm lens is recommended as a minimum. Participants should also bring extra memory cards, batteries, and any other equipment they typically use for portrait work. The organizer is not responsible for providing photography equipment.
The total price for the workshop is €2,900 per photographer. This includes accommodation, all meals, transportation from the train station or airport to the venue, and access to all workshop activities.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total workshop price (€1,450) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance of €1,450 must be paid either:
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund of the deposit.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you cancel your participation after paying the full amount, no refund will be provided.
If the organizer cancels the workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
In the unlikely event that a model becomes unavailable, the organizer will provide an equivalent replacement model of similar experience and quality.
The workshop schedule as published is indicative. The organizer reserves the right to make minor adjustments to session times if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
The workshop will take place at Hôtel Napoléon, a historic mansion in Lyon, France.
The workshop price includes private accommodation at the venue and all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for the duration of the workshop (June 8-12, 2026).
Transportation from Lyon Part-Dieu train station, Lyon Perrache train station, or Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport to the venue is included in the workshop price. Pickup times will be coordinated with participants before arrival.
All participants are expected to maintain exemplary conduct throughout the workshop. This includes:
The organizer reserves the right to immediately remove any participant who engages in inappropriate behavior, harassment, or fails to respect the models or other participants. In such cases, the participant will be required to leave the workshop immediately without any refund.
You retain full copyright ownership of all images you create during the workshop.
You must obtain prior approval from each model before publishing or using any images on any platform, portfolio, exhibition, or for any commercial purpose. This approval requirement applies to all uses of the images, not only commercial applications.
By participating in the workshop, models implicitly agree to be photographed during the sessions. However, this does not constitute automatic approval for publication or use of the images. Photographers must contact each model individually to request permission for specific uses.
Contact information for the models will be provided during the workshop to facilitate approval requests.
The organizer, venue, and models are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft that may occur during the workshop. This includes but is not limited to:

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance and equipment insurance before attending the workshop.
The organizer shall not be held liable for any failure to perform obligations under these terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic, war, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the organizer will work with participants to find a reasonable solution, which may include rescheduling or partial refunds at the organizer's discretion.
Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and conducting the workshop. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide workshop services (e.g., venue, transportation). By booking, you consent to this use of your personal information.
The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation in the workshop after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the workshop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
